The reason for preparation of this Urban design is the Investor’s intention to construct service facilities for highway users at locations next to the existing parking lots along the E-763 highway in Ruklada C.M., Ub Municipality.
The objective of preparing this Urban design is to define urban frameworks, requirements and parameters for construction of the planned service facilities, and thus this Urban design becomes a planning basis for conducting activities planned within its coverage.
