In accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Serbia, Institute of Transportation CIP is in the possession of:

• Decision No. 351-02-00683/2023-09 of the Ministry of Construction, Transport and Infrastructure on fulfilment of requirements for the preparation of technical documentation and construction of facilities issued on 14 March 2023 in accordance with the Law on Planning and Construction, and the Rulebook on requirements to be fulfilled by legal entities and entrepreneurs for the preparation of technical documentation and/or construction of facilities, precisely for those facilities for which building permits are issued by the Ministry and/or the relevant authority of the autonomous province,
• Decisions 952-03-170/2010-1 dated 27 February 2012, No. 952-03-170/2010-3 dated 4 May 2016 and No. 952-03-186/2021 of the Republic Geodetic Authority of the Republic of Serbia on issuance of work license, No. 03 0633 14 in accordance with the Law on State Survey and Cadastre,
• Decision No. 09-217-361/16 of the Ministry of Interior of the Republic of Serbia, Sector for Emergency Management dated 11 April 2016 – authorization for preparation of fire safety final design issued in accordance with the Law on Fire Protection,
• Decisions No. 09-217-553/16 dated 19 May 2016, No. 09-217-906/16 dated 29 July 2016 and No. 09-217-671/17 dated 23 May 2017 of the Ministry of Interior of the Republic of Serbia, Sector for Emergency Management for design of special systems and fire safety measures: preparation of designs of fixed fire-extinguishing systems, design of systems for smoke and heat removal, designs of fixed fire alarm systems and designs of fixed systems for detection of explosive gases and vapours, issued in in accordance with the Fire Safety Law and the Law on Inspection Supervision,
• Decision No. 35-00-00081/2012-04 dated 1 April 2013 on fulfilment of requirements for issuance of energy performance certificate in accordance with the Law on Planning and Construction,
• Decision No. 353-01-01376/2021-03 of the Ministry of Environmental Protection of the Republic of Serbia on fulfilment of requirements for environmental noise measurement issued on 4 June 2021 in accordance with the Environmental Noise Law.

In accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Srpska, Institute of Transportation CIP is in the possession of:

• Decision No. 15.03-361-349/20 dated 25 August 2020 of the Ministry of Spatial Planning, Construction and Ecology of the Republic of Srpska on issuance of license for review of technical documentation in accordance with the Law on Spatial Planning and Construction,
• Decision No. 15.03-361-317/21 dated 14 May 2021 of the Ministry of Spatial Planning, Construction and Ecology of the Republic of Srpska on issuance of license for preparation of spatial planning documents in accordance with the Law on Spatial Planning and Construction, and
• License for preparation of strategic spatial planning documents, No. PL-2586/2021 issued on 14 May 2021 by the Ministry of Spatial Planning, Construction and Ecology of the Republic of Srpska in accordance with the Law on Spatial Planning and Construction.

Employees of Institute of Transportation CIP have more than 300 personal engineer licences issued by the Serbian Chamber of Engineers that enable us to provide a wide range of engineering services.
