The Program of services has included: consulting services and technical consultancy to Investor in preparing official letters and performing activities through the Central Records of Unified Procedures in order to facilitate obtaining files and documents from the relevant institutions and public authority holders in the territory of the Republic of Serbia; execution of investigation works (geodetic and geotechnical works); preparation of technical documentation (Conceptual design, Building permit design) and preparation of environmental impact assessment of the project concerned.
The transfer station complex with household waste collection centre in the City Municipality of Lazarevac consists of:
– Transfer (transhipment) stations for municipal waste;
– Lines for separation of primarily selected waste i.e., lines for separation and baling of recyclable waste and area for temporary waste storage; and
– Household waste collection centre (recycling yards).
The designed transfer station complex with household waste collection centre includes the above three functional subunits interconnected by internal driveways thus enabling connection between planned functional units and free access to every facility. It was envisaged that each of them could function independently depending on expressed interest and implementation schedule. Municipal waste from the territories of the City Municipality of Lazarevac, City Municipality of Barajevo and Ljig Municipality will be transhipped to closed abroll/roll containers (“wet fraction”), and recyclable waste will be sorted on a separation line (“dry fraction”) in the transfer station with household waste collection centre.
