The Designers from the Institute of Transportation CIP, as representatives of a company with many years of experience in designing complex and challenging projects, prepare the technical documentation for the construction of the BAS complex in Block 42, New Belgrade, in phases (from the Conceptual Design to the Detailed Designs). The complete technical documentation is prepared in accordance with the authorial concept of Prof. Milan Lojanica, Grad.Arch.Eng., and Prof. Vladimir Lojanica, Grad.Arch.Eng., based on the visualization of Proaspekt d.o.o.
The project includes:
- Station plateau – platform area (Construction Phase 1), covering about 3.18 ha
- Bus station building (Construction Phase 2), with a gross area of about 27,385 m2
- Station square (Construction Phase 3), covering about 100 m2
- Nova 4 Public Road (Construction Phase 4),
- Above-ground garage (Construction Phase 5), with approximately 300 parking spaces and an area of about 15,130 m2
- Office building (Construction Phase 6)
- Bus washing facility (Construction Phase 7) – hall for external washing, parking for about 20 buses, and an administrative building.
The implementation of this highly complex construction design will complete a key part of the multimodal transport terminal, where all functions and operations of suburban, regional, international, and tourist road passenger transport will be combined.
