The highest energy efficiency principles with the use of renewable energy sources were applied in the design of residential buildings.<br \/>\nGroups 1 and 2, wastewater treatment plant, transport and technical infrastructure have been constructed so far, including 5 new transformer stations and electrical feeder from Bor\u010da 2 transformer station, telecommunication systems with about 1,000 terminals, heat pumps with well water as a heat source (it was envisaged to use geothermal energy for heating), water supply, fire-fighting and sewage infrastructure with wastewater treatment plant.<br \/>\nAll capacities were defined according to the needs and standards for about 4,000 inhabitants.<br \/>\nCombined children\u2019s institution is currently being constructed next to the complex in accordance with the CIP\u2019s design.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The complex includes 4 groups of residential and commercial buildings [&hellip;]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":1965,"menu_order":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"footnotes":""},"portfolio_category":[39],"portfolio_skills":[],"portfolio_tags":[],"class_list":["post-3446","avada_portfolio","type-avada_portfolio","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","portfolio_category-architectural-designs"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.5 -
