A kick-off meeting was held regarding the preparation of the Preliminary design of the highway from Podgorica to Bar: VIRPAZAR – STARI BAR section. The meeting was attended by representatives of Monteput as the investor and by representatives of the Designers.
The team of designers, led by the Institute of Transportation CIP, presented the design methodology and workflow, and introduced the team of responsible designers by key disciplines.
During the meeting, the key starting points for the preparation of the Preliminary design and the planned timelines were defined, and through pragmatic discussion and a high level of motivation, the main challenges were identified and risks mapped in the initial phase of the design process.
