The Gornje Polje – Caričina Dolina section of the E-75 highway is part of the south branch of Corridor X: Niš – border with North Macedonia. The technical documentation envisaged the 12.3 km long highway for 100 km/h speed with 4 traffic lanes, 2 emergency lanes and central reserve. The design includes 13 bridges in the total length of 2318 m, 3 overpasses, 1 underpass, “Predejane” grade-separated junction, “Predejane” tunnel with 2 tubes, 874 m long left tube and 1073 m long right tube.
