This facility is located in Bujanovac, Karadjordja Petrovića Street, on cadastral plot 458/8. A road for vehicles and pedestrians with turnaround for delivery and fire engine vehicles were also designed on the plot.
Due to the plot geometry, the faciilty had to be of elongated rectangular shape, 58.92m long, 16.42m wide, with ground floor and 2 floors. An amphytheatre is located on second floor so that its surface is above a setback section of ground floor and in that way forms a canopy above the entry part of the facility.
The facility is accredited Department of Subotica Faculty of Economics in Bujanovac with Marketing program for 500 students in all four years. This institution of higher education provides space and equipment necessary for all high-quality teaching activities in multiethnical community with possibility to have classes in Serbian and Albanian languages. The net area of the facility is 2286m², and the gross area is 2595m². The facility can accommodate 20 employees and 720 students.
